Problem:
The company suffered from an outdated website to which was very difficult for a user to navigate through.
All content was disorganized and not clear.
It was not clear for the user where to go or how to look for the information they were seeking.
Visually, the design was not clean or appealing to the user's eye, users did not enjoy navigating through the website.
