Nonprofit Website Overhaul (Responsive)
Role:
Concept exploration, digital/graphic design, and website setup support.
Problem:
A common problem of non-profit organization websites is the need for significant information, which leads to a disorganized and confusing navigation.
With this particular non-profit website their issue was not only being dated, it also was difficult for the user to navigate through the website and find the page they were seeking.
The marketing team requested that the website be updated, organized, user friendly and mobile device accessible. These parameters were achieved.
Result:
A new website was created, adding consistency with the design/branding.
Slideshows and videos were added to add more movement and to keep it dated.
The main menu was updated into organizing what were the top subjects to be added on the main menu and sub-pages.
The website was laid out to be more visually user friendly.
The navigation was organized to be navigation friendly, and to help the visitors to locate their information in a short amount of time.
